Estiveram presentes o Prof. Dr. Andrea Pane (Universidade de N\u00e1poles Frederico II), Prof. Dr. Jean-Pierre Frey (Institut d&#8217;Urbanisme de Paris), Profa. Dra. Maria Stella Bresciani (Universidade Estadual de Campinas), Prof. Dr. Carlos Roberto Monteiro de Andrade (Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo), Prof. Dr. Adri\u00e1n Gorelik (Universidad de Buenos Aires), Prof. Dr. Jos\u00e9 Lira (Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo) e mais pesquisadores e professores de diversas universidades brasileiras que trabalham no campo do urbanismo na perspectiva da hist\u00f3ria cultural. O III SUUB se constituiu num espa\u00e7o no qual as interlocu\u00e7\u00f5es foram priorizadas, resultando em prof\u00edcuos debates, que caracterizaram a especificidade desse evento.
